Pam Strong

Pam is a mother of two young children. She has just finished her degree at at McMaster University and will be attending teachers college in the fall.
Pam has been a spinning enthusiast for 12 years and loved it so much she decided to teach it.
“The thing I love the most about teaching spin is that it levels the playing field; watching a room full of individuals with different fitness levels, and goals ride together side by side.  Watching them set those goals a little higher each month, each year, realizing that their bodies are continuously capable of more than they had once thought. Inspirational!”
