Group Exercise - Staff

JoAnne Teddeo

JoAnne is a certified Fitness Kickboxing Instructor; she developed a passion for kickboxing over 15 years ago.  The Montreal native teaches Cardio Kickboxing and Ab Ripper Classes at ORC as well as a Fitness Kickboxing clinic using gloves and punching bag.  She also put together a Cardio Kickboxing program for parents of a local elementary school.  She has recently completed her Pilates Mat certification and has a background in competitive swimming.

A graduate of UQAM, B.Comm. in Marketing in Montreal, JoAnne is always looking for creative ways to share her passion for working out, staying fit, healthy and happy.
